Heart of Steel

After centuries of dormancy, you awaken once more. The city you were built to protect is under siege. You are Knight Alpha 01, a war machine forged for battle. Your previous Pilot is long gone—now, their descendant takes the helm, forced to fend off the relentless hordes threatening Omega.

Your firepower is unmatched. Burst Cannon. Balor Torpedo. Photon Shotgun. Your enemies fall before you, but they keep coming. Wave after wave.

Yet, your greatest challenge is not the battlefield. Your Pilot’s fear, their doubt, their emotions—they are bound to you. And you, a machine without a voice, without feeling, must find a way to guide them.

Together, you will fight. Together, you must endure. Because in the end, only those with a Heart of Steel will survive.

game mechanics are a lot of fun! love the multi-tasking aspect and trying to find efficient ways to switch guns and reload between moving of the target. great work!

The art is fantastic ! Gameplay wise it was nice but i feel like the auto shoot / refill balance made it a bit too slow paced, it could benefit from a faster gameplay with a bit more juice on the shooting part :)

I absolutely love the artwork for your game—it looks incredibly polished! The concept of having three different weapons, each with its own reloading method, is really clever. Very encouraging to optimize your movement and make the most of the shortcut keys. The story is intriguing too. Only thing I missed was probably a display to show how many enemies are left, but that's a very impressive work!
